The National Hydropower Association is proud to celebrate its 30th Anniversary at this year’s conference. You’re invited to join us on Monday, April 22 from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm as we take over the Newseum, Washington D.C.’s most interactive museum. Get access for self-guided tours from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm, followed by a relaxing reception with your peers on the 7th floor from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.

Water Use Optimization Toolset Workshop
Date: Wednesday, April 24, 2013
Time: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Demonstration of the Water Use Optimization Toolset (WUOT). The WUOT, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy, consist of advanced hydro-forecasting, water and power scheduling and environmental performance models that allow planners to optimize hydropower operations. The event will include demonstration of the WUOT and presentation of results from application of the toolset at selected hydropower facilities.
