The National Hydropower Association is pleased to announce that FERC Commissioner John Norris will provide a keynote address at the morning plenary session entitled, “Integrating Intermittent Renewables: A Look into the Future." Following his address, Commissioner Norris will join an acclaimed panel.

2013 Event Highlights:

• The National Hydropower Association celebrated its 30th Anniversary at this year’s conference during the 30th Anniversary Party Monday evening at the Newseum, Washington D.C.’s most interactive museum.

• The Hydraulic Power Committee (HPC) Dinner provided networking for colleagues at the authentic Brazilian steakhouse, Fogo de Chao®, located in the heart of DC.

• All attendees were invited to attend the Washington Nationals MLB Game Tuesday evening.

• A demonstration of the Water Use Optimization Toolset (WUOT) was offered as a Post-Conference Workshop Wednesday afternoon.
