Reclamation Lease of Power Privilege Workshop

Cost: Free (No separate registration needed. All NHA registrants eligible to attend).
Organized by the Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Department of the Interior - This workshop is intended for hydropower developers, dam and canal operators, and others that are interested in development of hydropower on Reclamation facilities. Reclamation has recently published its guidelines on development of hydropower under a Lease of Power Privilege. At the workshop, you will learn how the Lease of Power Privilege Process works. The new guidelines will be discussed, followed by open discussion and a question and answer session. An update on Reclamation's hydropower resource assessment will also be provided. 

Improvements in FERC/USACE Coordination on Non-Federal Hydro Development:
One Year After the MOU

Cost: Free (No separate registration needed. All NHA registrants eligible to attend).
Organized by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) - This workshop is intended for hydropower developers that are interested in development of hydropower on federal facilities.  Agency staff will share their perspectives on recent developments and developers will share their experiences/success stories over the last year.
